At NAB 2025, DigitalGlue will unveil new creative.space features designed to push the boundaries of scalability and efficiency. Visitors to Booth SL5411 will be the first to experience enhanced capabilities that eliminate technical bottlenecks, empowering teams to scale seamlessly and focus on creativity as technology fades into the background.

Innovative Features Lead to Simplified Scaling

Staying true to its signature promise of “Less Work, More Flow”, creative.space is more than a storage solution—it’s an all-inclusive service complete with 24/7 proactive support. By addressing the core challenges of performance, capacity, and management at a foundational level, creative.space delivers the freedom, control, and focus that teams need to stay in their creative zone.

New Features at NAB 2025

At NAB 2025, DigitalGlue will introduce trailblazing advancements to creative.space that enable teams to scale easily without limits, minimizing complexity and maximizing automation resulting in more creative time:

  • Multi-Tier Data Management with Archiware Integration: This integration facilitates seamless automation of backups and archives across storage tiers, ensuring secure, cost-effective scalability to meet growing demands.

  • Multi-Space Tagging: By building a centralized library across projects and spaces, the complexities of folder structures are eliminated, enabling quick and easy asset discovery.

  • Camera-to-creative.space (C2C): Footage from RED and other cameras is automatically ingested into centralized storage, streamlining the path from shoot to edit and removing delays associated with slow cloud transfers.

  • Review and Approval with Commenting: Our new web-based review and approval system allows teams to collaborate seamlessly with frame-accurate commenting, making feedback and revisions more efficient than ever.

“Today’s video teams face immense challenges when they try to scale,” explained Sean Busby, President of DigitalGlue. “They frequently lack real-time video editing capabilities, adequate and predictable storage capacity, and waste countless hours on manual tasks such as transferring files. We’re thrilled to bring NAB 2025 attendees transformative new tools that eliminate the constant start-and-stop of technical hurdles so creatives can focus on their craft.”

Revolutionizing Media Workflows

creative.space reimagines media workflows around a single, radical idea: every file is instantly shareable via a link. Not just a download link. Not a cloud sync. A direct connection to the live asset—no duplication, no delay, no relinking.

This link-based model replaces the need for cloud storage, file transfer tools, MAMs, VPNs, and even traditional review platforms. Here’s what you can share:

Media Files

Whether it’s a RED clip, XML, or even a Premiere Pro project file, links launch directly into the user’s associated desktop app. Media is never downloaded unless you want it to be. Storage auto-mounts. No relinking. No setup. Just edit.

External Devices

Devices connected via USB, SMB, or FTP to the creative.space server are also accessible with shared links, creating a centralized hub.

Folders

Share a directory as a browsable space in the web app or open it directly in Finder. Perfect for collaborating on batch exports, VFX plates, or working sessions.

Libraries

For review and approval, you can tag assets and generate a curated portal for users with the “Client” role, which limits access to only the Libraries page.

Archived Assets

Even archived footage can be previewed and shared via link without restoring first. Users can view and select what they want—before initiating a restore.

Collections

For review and approval without logins, we are developing a web server and load balancer that generates a secure sharing link to a selected set of assets. Clients access media immediately—no account, no uploads, no confusion.

Real Results from Real Teams

Our customers aren’t just getting storage, they are reclaiming their time, freedom, and focus:

  • A director at The Belonging Co. remembers not sleeping for 96 hours after their conference, manually transferring footage from 20 RED cameras. Today, they edit on planes at 30,000 feet without downloading a single file.

  • At Seed Creative, the team once juggled “dozens of terabytes scattered across hard drives.” Now, multiple editors work simultaneously with the same footage, switching projects in seconds instead of the previous 30–40 minutes.

  • Brat TV eliminated 12 hours of daily hard drive management, saving an estimated $1.5 million in labor over five years. Their VP notes creative.space “paid for itself within the first month.”
